Virgin Plus set out to redefine what a modern telco could feel like. It moves beyond utility to become a brand that supports how people live their everyday lives. The brief challenged us to stand out in a crowded mid-tier telecom space while clearly communicating a simple promise: flexible, affordable connectivity that fits into daily routines.
The creative idea, “Live Plus,” builds on the belief that most people are already moving toward something better. More connection, more freedom, more possibility. Rather than positioning the brand as transformational, the concept reinforces that momentum in a way that feels optimistic and grounded.
The design system was built to flex, not fix. I developed a modular typographic and graphic approach that adapts across retail, product, and campaign environments while staying consistent.
Photography plays a key role in the system, favouring real, unfiltered moments over polished aspiration. This helps reflect the diversity and everyday reality of the audience, making the brand feel more immediate and relatable.
The result is a flexible, scalable identity that feels human, confident, and easy to engage with.
